Since 2005, Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless (MCCH) has annually presented the HOME Conference to promote best practices to end homelessness and provides opportunities to learn from federal and state funders and policy makers. The 2017 HOME Conference was attended by 250 professionals, representing 21 local nonprofits, as well as various local, state and federal government agencies providing homeless services and permanent housing programs. This was a day of collaboration, open discussion, and focus on our theme for this year, The Challenge and Promise of Change.

Many thanks to our community members who attended this year! By seeking education and understanding of the complexities of homelessness, we are one step closer to the promise of a brighter future where homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
