After ten years of working in higher education, Jennifer Blackwell joined MCCH as a Case Manager for Home First. Her work included serving chronically homeless individuals with mental health disorders, developing relationships with community providers, property management companies, and engaging with commercial and private landlords. After being promoted to Program Coordinator and later to Program Manager, she was then promoted to her current role as Program Director. Jennifer earned her MS in Counseling Psychology.
